These "grow-with-me" leggings fit for a looong time! Simply fold the bands over at the tummy and ankles and unfold them gradually as the months go by. The third panel at the crotch allows maximum freedom of movement without tension (sizes 2-4 and 4-7 have no crotch panels), while the very wide belly band ensures that the leggings stay up without putting pressure on your baby’s soft tummy.
This colourful design features the inside of a berry bush. Two birds face each other as bees, butterflies and ladybugs swirl around.

Merle Kids’ handmade products are made of 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane unless otherwise indicated. They are super comfortable and practical. The designs are suitable for all kids! I never consider what is "boyish" or "girly"because I believe that there is no such thing and that children should just be children and wear what they like! Thus, Merle Kids products can be called "unisex", "gender neutral", "gender-free"... I just say they’ re for all kids! Yes, even the dresses!

Organic Cotton
All Merle Kids products are made from organic cotton. This is the obvious choice - it protects the environment and thus the future of our planet, the production line workers and, last but not least, the delicate skin of your child.
Organic fibres are natural fibres grown without the use of harmful synthetic pesticides, herbicides and GMOs (genetically modified organisms) according to the principles of organic farming. Strict criteria must also be met when processing, dyeing and printing these fibres.The handmade products are hand sewn by me in Leipzig, Germany. The fabric is made in Albstadt, Germany by a family-owned manufacture that adheres to strict German labour laws that provide for the fair treatment of workers. The fabric they produce is certified organic.
As a small company, Merle is not yet GOTS certified. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!

Your order will be packaged with care, while keeping packaging deliberately minimal. Only FSC-certified paper and cardboard are used, and plastic is avoided as much as possible. Merle is a vegan company, and as such, no animal products are being used, ever! -
To ensure a long life for your Merle Kids products, we recommend the following:
-Turn the item inside out before washing
-Wash with similar colours
-Wash at 30° C (86° F)
-Do not bleach or tumble dry
-Use a mild detergent
As this product is made of organic cotton and has not been chemically treated, please be aware that it may shrink by up to 5% after the first wash. -
Please check your child’s measurements against the measurements in the size chart to get the best fit. The sizing is based on standard measurements. Depending on the fit you would like, you might want to size up or down.
